“I attended a yoga retreat in September 2024 at Gaia Villa in Joshua Tree, California. For the retreat, we had a private Chef come in to cook all the meals for the 3 day retreat. The food was not only healthy and balanced for every meal, but it also tasted delicious. He worked hard being there a few hours before each meal to prepare and cook all the food. You could tell he was passionate about his work and always cooked with a smile on his face!

The level of care was obvious. In his Chef Jacket, Mike’s professionalism was seen and absorbed by all of my guests as he made it all seem easy.
